WorkSafe Online Test. Delayed to Jan 24 2022. My Blueprint.ca Work. As intro'ed in class on Jan 11 2022. Go to your My Blueprint.ca to complete your work - remember - all required activities/assignments in My Blueprint are listed in our 'Class' in  'Class Activities.'  Total Activities = 6 activities. As pictured below. Remember - we reviewed ALL required activities together on Jan 11th 2022. Note: For the Elevator Pitch and Elevator Video you are going to Teams - downloading your existing work and simply uploading it to your My Blueprint.ca Activities.  Note Re: Resume Activity. You can upload a .doc or .docx word doc copy of your resume if you already have one OR use the Resume Creator in My Blueprint and add it to this activity once completed.  Resume Creator is located in the My Blueprint Dashboard - left hand side column. As pictured below.  To get to the Dashboard click on the 'M' - top left corner and you will get the drop down menu as pictured above.

Jan 11 2022 WorkSafe Kahoot Review & Intro To My Blueprint. Account Set Up & Exploration.

Covid Protocol Reminders: Please sanitize hands upon entry to the space. No gathering between classes/near other student desks/or at the end of class. Please remain at your desk area until dismissed. Review updated seating plan. Please sit in your original areas. In rows.  No moving of your desks!  Note: We will not be doing ANY further group work until further notice. Reminder re: Covid Mask Protocols - masks on properly at  ALL  times. Should you not wear your mask consistently and properly you will be referred to the office. Mr. K may then make contact with your home.  Prior to departure we will be cleaning our desks with paper towel and pier diem spray prior to departure. Info re: poster project is below. Groups. Please be ready to present your posters during the last 15 min of class.  WorkSafe BC Group Poster Project. With your assigned groups please create a Work Safe Poster re: your assigned group topic including; General Workplace Hazards - Spills - Proper Progression - How to deal with non-toxic spills appropriately. Hazards  What unsafe conditions or acts are there? SEE IT What could happen as a result of an unsafe act or condition? THINK IT What must be done to eliminate or minimize the hazard? DO IT  Hazards exist in our life, including at work, home, school and at social events. We need to develop skills to be able to recognize, evaluate and control these hazards before injury occurs.  What potential hazards exist in a class setting or other classes in the school? What hazards could be created in a class setting or other classes due to unsafe practices or poor safety procedures? Hazard Picture Assessment - Review each picture - what are the hazards evident in each picture as linked. On Board: See It - (Recognize) What is unsafe?  Think It - (Evaluate) Why is it unsafe?
