Attendance.  Mini Lessons  - New BC Reg's Re: Under 16 workers. 4 Day Work Week - a new reality for Ontario residents?  Mini Lesson - Minimalism vs. Materialism Class to view the following video 1st :)  A rich life with less stuff | The Minimalists | TEDxWhitefish Group work.  Split the class into groups of max 4. Have groups complete the following questions. All names on 1 piece of paper to hand in with answers.  Group Work Questions: 1. Materialism - What is it? In your own words - (teacher may need to assist). 2. How does materialism (excess stuff) affect our lives? future careers? life goals? 3. Minimalism - What is it? In your own words -  4. What was your favourite part of the video? Why? Class Discussion re: answers to above questions once all groups have completed their work. 15 min group work time allocation.
